Zinsser WaterTite® Waterproofing Paint 5L is a professional-grade waterproof coating designed to stop water penetration and protect masonry surfaces from damp-related damage. Formulated with a unique solvent-based blend of waterproofing resin and Portland cement, it creates a durable barrier capable of resisting up to 34psi of water pressure.
Ideal for basements, cellars, retaining walls, concrete, plaster, brickwork, and stone surfaces, WaterTite® can be applied directly to dry, damp, or wet walls, allowing water problems to be treated immediately. The advanced formula also contains a biocide that helps protect the dried coating against fungal and algal degradation, making it perfect for areas prone to moisture issues.
Drying to a smooth, bright white, non-yellowing finish, this easy-to-apply waterproof paint resists dirt and dust pick-up while delivering long-lasting protection for both interior and exterior masonry surfaces.

Application Information
Surfaces should be clean, sound, and free from grease, dirt, mould, mildew, and loose materials before application. New masonry should cure for at least 30 days prior to use. WaterTite® is designed as a two-coat system and should be applied using a brush or roller, ensuring the coating is worked thoroughly into the masonry surface for maximum waterproof performance.
