When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods up to 7 days after receiving your order and we will ensure that your account is credited by the original amount within the following 30 days.
If a product is defective in any way please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
All items returned must be in their original condition for example Electrical items which contain a security seal can only be returned if the seal has not bee tampered with.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost on the return if the error is on our behalf, We will absorb the delivery cost if you have spent more then €50 and should you return these goods you are liable for the cost of returning them unless it is as a result of an error on our end. (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped).
Until we have received the returned product in its original condition you will be charged for any replacement products (including delivery).
should we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not effected.
