A wonderful gadget to have for those who love to drink lattes or cappuccino. Just attach the thermometer to the lip of a frothing jug and the long probe will read the milk's temperature as it heats. The marked red zone shows the perfect temperature which is between 65-70°C, if the milk is over heated proteins in the milk start to break down and this can release sugars that can alter the flavour.
