Delivery is charged at €7.49 per consignment, sometimes higher depending on item, we do not charge for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Some items may only be available for collection or purchase in store. 

We offer shipping domestically as well as internationally. For countries not available for delivery please email marketing@smythshomevalue.ie.

Please allow 1 to 5 working days for delivery within Ireland. 

For the majority of the items we carry online we offer free delivery over €150.00.

Expedited Delivery

Priced at €12.95, Orders will be packed, fulfilled and dispatched the same day. Dispatch is typically stopped around 2pm, Mon - Fri!

Pallet Delivery

Larger, heavier or fragile items will incur a pallet delivery charge starting at €69.99. These items will be delivered on a pallet. Please note, you will need to dispose of the pallet. 

Large or overweight purchases may be delivered on a local town delivery service, or within 5km radius of the store. A delivery charge may apply depending on the item being purchased. For further information please email marketing@smythshomevalue.ie. 

UK Deliveries

Please note that orders with a value greater than £135 will be liable for UK Customs Duties and VAT. VAT and Duties are collected by the courier prior to delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

• See when your parcel is out for delivery
  
• View proof of delivery after completion

Haven’t received your tracking number?

If your order has just been placed, please allow a 1-3 processing days for our team to pack and dispatch it.
Your tracking details will be sent automatically once your parcel is collected by DPD.

What to do if your parcel hasn’t arrived

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it:

1. Check with anyone at your address who may have accepted it
2. Check outside your home, sheds, porches and neighbouring houses
3. Review the DPD delivery photo or notes within the tracking link

If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us and we will investigate directly with DPD.
