They say that cast iron pans have a soul, and with each frying they "take over" the character of their Chef!
They will be like wine - the older the better! These are the only pans that, with proper maintenance, you will be able to leave to the next generation - as those exceptional, unique ones!
The vessel is characterized by:
- a traditional, rustic look,
- resistance to wear (long service life),
- even heat distribution and maintaining temperature for a long time,
- can be used on gas, electric cookers and in ovens,
- has a cast iron handle,
- completely safe in contact with food,
- made of natural materials.
Perfect for cooking, frying, stewing, baking.
Hand washing recommended, only with warm water, using a sponge/dishwashing brush, no detergents.
Remember to:
- use oven gloves, the handles are made of cast iron, which also get hot,
- do not place an empty vessel on the stove,
- if after cooking, there are burnt remnants in the vessel that are difficult to remove - pour water over them and wait!
- after washing, cast iron must be well dried, do not put wet vessels in the cupboards!
- after cooking, do not pour cold water over a hot vessel!
